Обратите внимание, что в английском языке windy, sunny, cold, warm - это прилагательные. Однако для художественного перевода на русский мы используем либо наречия - ветрено, солнечно, холодно, тепло, либо добавляем слово день, которого нет в английском варианте. 

Oh - распространенное американское слово, используется в различных ситуациях с разной интонацией для передачи разных чувств. Ну это вы сами поймете из видео.
